A DIVISION OF DIGITAL FUTURES INTERNATIONAL

Program development

From a good conversation to useful work.

We are developing collaborative formats for students and professionals. The concepts below are invitations to shape a pilot with us; dates and enrollment are not yet announced.

PROPOSED FORMATS

Choose a scale that fits the challenge.

01

Build sessions

A short facilitated gathering to explore a challenge, meet collaborators and test an initial idea.

02

Project sprints

A focused period of teamwork with a defined outcome, regular feedback and contributions from students and professionals.

03

Showcase conversations

Present work in progress, discuss what the team learned and identify a practical next step.

PILOT CONCEPT

A US–Japan collaboration sprint.

A school, business or community organization contributes a manageable challenge. A mixed team develops a response with practitioner feedback and shares a prototype, research brief or other agreed result.

01

Frame the question

Define the audience, challenge, resources and intended learning.

02

Develop the response

Combine research and practical work with regular feedback.

03

Share & reflect

Demonstrate the result, credit contributions and discuss next steps.

PURPOSE & IMPACT

Learning that contributes.

Education, cross-cultural collaboration and community benefit guide our program development. Where relevant, partners can connect a project to their CSR priorities and specific Sustainable Development Goal themes. Outcomes will be described through actual work and participant feedback.
